Full refund:  You will receive a full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours prior to the class start date for basic general public classes and BLS classes, 72 hours for advanced classes such as ACLS and PALS, and 7 days for instructor classes. You may also choose to transfer these funds to a future class time.

 

There is no refund for a “no-show” or a cancellation less than 48 hours for basic general public classes and BLS classes, 72 hours for advanced classes such as ACLS and PALS, and 7 days for instructor classes. If you sign up for a future class, then a ½ refund for your class will be considered.

If you are ill with a respiratory infection or other contagious illness, then please call (208) 614-2258 to cancel and re-schedule.  We will not allow entrance to class if you are actively coughing or show other signs of respiratory infection/illness.

 

Please arrive to class on time.  There will be no admittance if you are 15 minutes or more late.  If you are 15 minutes or more late, then you may reschedule for a future class.  You will not be refunded.

 

Class end time.  You may not be able to successfully complete the class if you leave prior to class end time.

 

Class Cancellation:  We may occasionally cancel a class 1 week prior to start time if there are less than 4 students registered.  If that is the case, then we will notify each student and provide a full refund or reschedule.
